Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Within the recruitment team, you will play a strategic role in building and expanding our teams. Working closely with the hiring managers, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for a variety of profiles, primarily in the fields of Tech, Data, Product Design and Development.

Main Missions

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to signing the contract.
  • Collaborating with managers to understand their challenges and anticipate future needs.
  • Deploy innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify the best talent on the market.
  • Conducting structured interviews and ensuring a quality candidate experience, aligned with Yassir's values.
  • Actively contribute to the employer branding strategy, particularly through social media and HR events.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or higher) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, ideally in a technological or international environment.
  • Excellent mastery of interview techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Proactivity, results-oriented and autonomous.
  • Mastery of French, with a good level of English.
