Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Own the full hiring cycle across multiple functions (BD, Credit, Tech, Ops): sourcing, screening, assessments, coordination, and closing.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines and run targeted outbound searches.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and evaluate candidates using our internal scoring frameworks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, competencies, and evaluation criteria.
  • Manage job posts, inbound screening, and talent marketing across platforms.
  • Support employer branding through content, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
  • Provide weekly hiring updates and recommendations to the People Lead.
  • Support HR functions when needed, including performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and employee relations cases.

About the Role

We re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build strong pipelines, hire exceptional talent across functions, and elevate our recruitment experience end-to-end. This role combines hands-on sourcing, structured evaluation, and close partnership with hiring managers.

This is not a post and pray role. We are looking for someone who understands outbound recruiting, candidate experience, and how to hire for both skill and culture in a startup environment

Who We re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success building pipelines and filling roles through outbound recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and supporting equitable evaluation processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Solutions-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
