Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for Property Consultants, Sales Managers etc
• Coordinate and post job advertisements across platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring alignment with brand tone and compliance standards
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate suitability based on experience, motivation, and alignment with Barnes’ brand values
• Support the Head of Recruitment in designing recruitment campaigns, referral programs, and employer-branding initiatives
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy of candidate records and reports
• Contribute to weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports, highlighting key metrics (time-to-hire, source performance, retention rates, etc.)
• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires experience a smooth integration into the company
• Stay up to date with UAE labour laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness in talent attraction
