Talent Acquisition Specialist As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring top quality talent around the world. Being part of the recruitment team means you will often be the first point of contact for candidates, therefore, acting as a brand ambassador always delivering a world class candidate experience. We are expanding rapidly - if you are looking for a past paced environment working with a global team and want exposure to the FinTec Talent Acquisition Specialist As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring top quality talent around the world. Being part of the recruitment team means you will often be the first point of contact for candidates, therefore, acting as a brand ambassador always delivering a world class candidate experience. We are expanding rapidly - if you are looking for a past paced environment working with a global team and want exposure to the FinTech industry with plenty of learning opportunities then this role is for you! This role will have a global remit however will primarily support our growth within the EMEA region. Primary Responsibilities Source and secure world class talent with a focus on commercial hiring (Business Development, Account Management etc) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, screening & interviewing, selection as well as the negotiation of offers - all while offering a world class candidate experience Identify candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, careers page, user groups, referrals, networking etc Partner with hiring leaders to ensure they are trained and equipped with the hiring right knowledge and tools Drive new and exciting company wide initiatives across recruitment, employer branding, EVP etc Manage select recruitment agency partners for outsourcing certain roles What we are looking for A passionate, curious, quick thinking and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist Minimum 5 years' experience in end to end sourcing & recruitment Proven experience building out high performing commercial and sales teams International exposure in a Talent Acquisition role Must possess a can-do, solutions focused approach with a high level of energy and ability to keep abreast of our pace to get things done quickly and at a high standard Experience with a range of approaches to locate the best talent in each market such as LinkedIn (recruiter licence), job boards, social media channels, events etc Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Ideally experience implementing employer branding/recruitment marketing initiatives.
