Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Engineering Roles (Construction & Development)
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition within the UAE
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Visa Requirement: Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa


Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles in the construction and development sector. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the UAE market, with strong networking and sourcing skills to attract qualified talent for technical and project-based positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles within construction and development projects.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Represent the company’s employer brand and provide a positive candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience in the UAE, preferably within construction/engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Must have own valid UAE visa.
