Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from job intake to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for all candidates.

  • Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking within Riyadh and the GCC market.
  • Craft compelling job postings using SEO-friendly content to maximize visibility and attract high-quality, diverse applicants.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against Nice one s requirements and cultural values, ensuring a fair, unbiased selection process.
  • Partner with marketing and HR to strengthen Nice one s employer brand and promote an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market insights, and process improvements for Riyadh s competitive talent landscape.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes, measure hiring effectiveness, and support future workforce planning.
  • Foster a gender-neutral, respectful approach in all hiring activities that values every candidate and supports Nice one s inclusive culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of2 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR discipline, ideally within Riyadh or GCC markets.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate fit for both technical and cultural needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and SEO best practices in job advertising.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools; experience with HR analytics is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; strong English skills are a significant advantage.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and a gender-neutral workplace.
