Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse roles across the organization, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Handle both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, ensuring timely and quality placements aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in a competitive market, utilizing job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower needs, define role requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Create clear, engaging, and impactful job descriptions that accurately reflect role expectations and attract the right talent pool.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring patterns to advise management and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer branding by generating engaging recruitment content and maintaining a professional presence across social media and professional platforms.
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and analytics, tracking KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline strength to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of requisitions, interviews, offers, and candidate data in the HRMS/ATS, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a relevant industry.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Bayader ATS, job portals-Naukrigulf/indeed).
  • Comfortable preparing recruitment reports and analytics for management.
