Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sourcing
Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities and Duties
Facilitates internal and external hiring promotions
Adheres to hiring policies
Closely communicates with management to determine criteria required.
Source and screening resumes
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of work experience in direct talent sourcing and recruitment agency.
Exceptional networking and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills & time management.
Strong interpersonal skills #LI-KS1
Preferred with ATS usage experience.
Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
