As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managersMaintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentialitySupport the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organizationCoordinate employee engagement activities and cultural initiativesAssist in the administration of performance management processesHandle general HR inquiries from employees and managersPrepare and distribute HR-related communications and reportsSupport the implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist with benefits administration and employee relations mattersCollaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize tasksBasic understanding of HR processes and policiesKnowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plusDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesAdditional InformationMinimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar rolePrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
