Job Responsibility

• Suggest any improvement in the overall policies and procedures
• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis across the group
• Assist in identifying and shortlisting training providers / trainers
• Support in all logistics e.g. training venue readiness, training materials, etc. are prepared for all in-house and external training programs
• Assist in rolling out training programs across the Group
• Assist in research for new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research
• Assist in compiling appropriate reports and analysis of learning needs to support the budgeting process for learning and career development activities
• Assist in conducting internal courses internally according to the training needs analysis
• Assist in processing training requests and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
• Support in ensuring that all training related payments for training providers are paid in coordination with Group Finance
• Perform other job related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances.
