As a Talent Experience Executive at ITCAN, you ll be at the heart of building a thriving workplace culture. You ll design strategic communication plans, enhance employee engagement, coordinate impactful events, and optimize how we collaborate with external partners all while ensuring our team members feel inspired and connected.

  • Culture & Communication: Design and lead creative internal campaigns that amplify our values and energize our teams.

  • Engagement Programs: Develop workshops, initiatives, and experiences that bring people together and drive belonging.

  • Content Creation: Build compelling, cross-platform content that communicates our mission and engages our people.

  • Event & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and execute memorable internal events.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine our approach.

  • Culture Projects: Align workspace strategies and culture-building initiatives with broader organizational goals.

  • You hold a Bachelor s degree in HR, Communications, or a related field.

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in Talent Experience, employee engagement, communication strategy, or similar.

  • You ve got a sharp eye for content whether it s a presentation, video, or internal memo.

  • You re organized, analytical, and energized by collaboration.

  • You communicate with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
