Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and smooth execution of performance management cycles (goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews)
- Maintain trackers, documentation, frameworks, and guidelines related to performance processes
- Consolidate performance data, identify recurring themes or patterns, and prepare summaries for review discussions
- Support follow-ups on action items arising from performance cycles
Succession Planning
- Maintain and update succession planning data, role mappings, and readiness trackers
- Support talent review processes by preparing data, dashboards, and discussion material
- Track development actions for succession-ready or high-potential employees and follow up on progress
- Conduct research and do benchmarking to support succession and talent discussions
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Support learning needs analysis through data collection, manager inputs, and internal coordination
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives (calendars, attendance, communication)
- Track participation, completion, and feedback for learning programs
- Support reporting on learning uptake and effectiveness
Organizational Design & People Projects
- Support People and talent-related projects through research, data preparation, and execution tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for talent, learning, and culture initiatives
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared folders for people initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration & HR Support
- Support culture and engagement initiatives through coordination, research, and execution support
- Assist with surveys, focus groups, or feedback collection by organizing data and preparing summaries
- Help track initiatives linked to engagement, values, and capability building
- Support internal communications and documentation related to culture initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to talent management, performance management, L&D, or organizational development
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness
- Good understanding of basic HR frameworks (performance cycles, competencies, development planning)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and HR systems (HRIS exposure is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
