The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from identifying needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, contributing significantly to our organizational growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and industry events.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance talent acquisition efforts.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
