Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
