Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
