Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Description :

  • Collaborate in developing the Customer Data Management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage changes and adjustments to the Customer Tariff Management strategy to support long-term business goals.
  • Oversee and ensure timely updates of customer-related Tariff data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Set accuracy targets for Customer Tariffs and accounts aggregation, and monitor compliance with APSR resolution & Agreed Process.
  • Tariff update in CRM, Orion, and other systems.
  • Tariff validation and gap analysis by reviewing and validating data entries to ensure they adhere to established guidelines.
  • Support the Customer service team and other departments to provide and reach the correct customers' tariff details without any issue.
  • Ensure precise data matching, integration, and workflows across operating systems.
  • Manage customer data and ensure updating CRM and other systems.
  • Address and resolve complaints concerning customer Tariff data and accounts aggregation using agreed processes and timeframes.
  • Schedule planned Tariff Verification for Customers.
  • Receives Customers applications /Requests & register them in the related
  • systems.
  • Follow-up Open cases in the related systems with the concerned departments
  • to close those cases in an agreed time frame.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and reliability of Customer Data.
  • Provide timely reports related to Customer Data as requested.
  • Assist and provide support to other departments in managing Customer Tariffs, accounts aggregation & Systems
  • Identify and establish processes, adhering to internal procedures, and recognizing the need for process improvements.
  • Uphold IT security standards and raise awareness of IT security aspects.
  • Understand and adhere to the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, Business Management, IT, or related field.

Professional Experience:

+1 years of experience in Commercial Affairs, Customer Affairs, or any related field.
