Tax associate

Prepare, review, and finalize quarterly and annual tax reports and returns.

• Maintain, organize, and regularly update the company’s tax records and databases.

• Apply strong accounting and taxation knowledge to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage tax return filings and respond to related queries from authorities.

• Perform detailed tax computations to determine tax liabilities and advise clients on tax-efficient strategies.

• Handle transfer pricing assignments, including benchmarking studies and documentation.

• Support international tax structuring engagements, including matters related to DTAA.

• Monitor industry trends and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Prepare high-quality reports, analyses, and presentations for clients.

Experience & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and accounting software such as MS Office, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, Sage, or similar platforms.

• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and presentations.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various company or client locations as required.

• Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
