Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are actively involved.
- Utilize assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback that fosters growth and improvement.
- Cultivate a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and a love for learning among students.
- Incorporate technology and digital resources effectively to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for a tech-driven world.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- A valid teaching certification or license relevant to the subject area and grade level.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
