Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Denter – Team Lead to supervise denting operations, manage a team of denters, and ensure high‑quality body repair work. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in panel beating, body alignment, dent removal, and structural repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of denters and helpers in the body shop.

  • Perform and oversee denting, body line correction, panel beating, and welding repair tasks.

  • Ensure accurate body alignment and preparation before painting.

  • Inspect vehicles to identify damages and plan repair workflow.

  • Coordinate with technicians, painters, and service advisors for smooth job progress.

  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet OEM quality standards.

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper tool/equipment usage.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Body Repair or equivalent.

  • 4–8 years of hands‑on denting/body repair experience.

  • Strong knowledge of dent removal, alignment, welding, and structural repair.

  • Experience in dealership or certified body shop preferred.

  • Good communication and team leadership skills.
