Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily agent performance and provide coaching.

  • Track call metrics and conversion rates.

  • Handle escalations and support complex cases.

  • Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.

  • Ensure adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers for a robust working environment

  • Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments.

  • Attends training for self-development.

  • Participates in the performance evaluation system.

  • Perform other duties as and when assigned based on the requirement.

  • Encourage and support new employees while they are getting oriented to the unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field

    • 3–5 years of call centre experience with at least 2 year in leadership

    • Performance Monitoring & Coaching

    • Call Metrics & Conversion Analysis
