Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor daily agent performance and provide coaching.
Track call metrics and conversion rates.
Handle escalations and support complex cases.
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.
Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers for a robust working environment
Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments.
Attends training for self-development.
Participates in the performance evaluation system.
Perform other duties as and when assigned based on the requirement.
Encourage and support new employees while they are getting oriented to the unit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
3–5 years of call centre experience with at least 2 year in leadership
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
Call Metrics & Conversion Analysis
