Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily receipting of income across the group.
- Manage daily processing of payments to ensure seamless vendor and partner relations.
- Maintain rigorous record keeping for all financial transactions.
- Manage and lead external bookkeepers to ensure accounting standards are met.
- Supervise the monthly closing of accounts and generate comprehensive monthly finance reports.
- Lead and manage the annual audit process, acting as the primary liaison for auditors.
- Oversee general office management to maintain a high-performance workspace.
- Manage corporate vendors, including insurance providers, cleaners, and facility services.
- Handle the management of all company contracts and business licenses.
- Coordinate with the PRO for all visa-related matters, including new joiners and renewals.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee record keeping.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, manage and track all company assets.
- Supervise the end-of-employment process management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in finance and administration (experience within the real estate or home services sector is a major plus).
- Ownership mentality: takes full responsibility for the accuracy of the books and the efficiency of the office.
- Able to pivot communication tone from professional financial reporting to supportive internal HR chats.
- Proactive problem solver for logistical and administrative pain points.
- Comfortable using CRM and accounting tools to track progress and stay organized.
- UAE driving license and own car is a plus but not a requirement.
