Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guide & assist with offshore company formation and structuring for global clients.
  • Guide & assist with company formation in UAE mainland & free zones
  • Advise on asset protection and cross-border planning.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, UBO, and ESR regulations.
  • Coordinate with offshore agents, legal advisors, and banks.
  • Maintain statutory records and oversee timely filings.
  • Keep up to date with global regulatory changes (FATF, OECD, etc.)
  • Manage & monitor team for above services

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's in law, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years’ experience in offshore & UAE onshore corporate services or fiduciary sector.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore & UAE onshore jurisdictions and compliance rules.
  • Familiar with ESR, CRS, FATCA, AML regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
  • English fluency required, other languages a plus
