Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Drive Credit Cards sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure high productivity and performance standards
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
•Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Credit Card sales in the UAE (mandatory)
• At least 2 year of experience in handling a sales team (mandatory)
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target-driven environment
• Preference will be given to candidates who can bring their own team
• Must be currently available in the UAE for in-person interview
