Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, databases, and record management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support executive operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
