Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
 Must be strong in operations with ability to manage large catering requirements across multiple locations.
Establish and maintain proper documentation of all records and adherence to contractual requirements as well as update in any system/software/application being in usage.
To Coordinate with Menu Planning for items that are required to be updated.
