Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and supervise a team of 6-10 property consultants
- Track daily KPIs: calls, meetings, viewings, and closures.
- Support agents with negotiations, client meetings, and deal closing.
- Provide training on sales skills, market knowledge, and CRM usage.
- Ensure RERA compliance, proper documentation, and quality listings.
- Achieve monthly team sales targets and maintain strong lead conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (team handling preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
