Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate agents
Drive sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved
Handle key client interactions and support major deal closures
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor market trends and guide the team accordingly
Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations
Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of real estate experience (UAE experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in sales and closures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Candidates with an existing team will have a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed salary of AED 6,000 – 8,000
