Team Leader Real Estate

This is a hybrid leadership and sales position, perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5 10 brokers
• Oversee both off-plan and secondary market portfolios
• Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent team performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top Dubai developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Binghatti, etc.)
• Continue personal sales activity closing 1 2 deals per month
• Create a collaborative, high-energy team culture

What We Offer

• Base salary: AED 10,000 15,000 (approx. £2,100 £3,200 per month)
• Commissions: up to 65% on personal deals + 3 5% override on team performance

Who You Are

• 3 5 years of real estate sales experience (UK or Dubai market preferred)
• 2+ years in a team leadership or mentoring role
• Proven record of closing high-value property deals
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic, driven, and able to lead by example
• Ready to relocate to Dubai and work on-site
