Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader who will not only drive personal performance - but also bring and manage a strong team of agents.


What We are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of Dubai real estate brokerage experience

  • Proven sales record (Off-plan and/or Secondary market)

  • Experience managing a team of agents

  • Ability to bring an existing team (preferred)

  • Strong leadership, accountability & performance mindset

  • Deep understanding of DLD processes, RERA regulations & developer coordination


Your Role:

  • Lead, mentor & scale your team

  • Drive monthly revenue targets

  • Ensure pipeline management & closing ratios

  • Work closely with marketing for qualified lead flow

  • Build a high-performance sales culture

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a true sales leader from a Real Estate Brokerage background in Dubai - not developers, not property consultants from banks, not referral agents.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Currently working (or previously worked) in a Dubai Real Estate Brokerage

  • Minimum 1 - 5 years brokerage sales experience

  • Experience handling both Off-Plan and/or Secondary market transactions

  • Proven personal closing record (not just team support role)

  • Experience managing a team of at least 5+ agents

  • Strong understanding of DLD, Oqood, Form F, Ejari, AML compliance

    Understands CRM discipline, reporting, follow-ups & conversion tracking.

    Open to feedback, fast-paced execution, and scaling aggressively.

  6. Brokerage Mentality
    You understand that this is a commission-driven, high-performance environment - not a fixed-salary comfort zone.


Not Suitable For:

  • Candidates without Dubai brokerage experience

  • Developers-only sales background

  • Individuals without closing track record

  • Those who cannot handle revenue responsibility
