Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze technical and operational data to identify trends and risks
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues
Develop technical models, simulations, and predictive analytics
Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and documentation
Maintain accurate databases and operational records
Support implementation and verification of technical solutions
Research new technologies and recommend process improvements
Provide technical support to stakeholders and operations teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3+ years experience in technical analysis or related roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Experience with data analysis tools and technical documentation
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
(Note : EV transportation Experience is Added Advantage)
This position is responsible for analyzing technical data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize bus service operations.
The incumbent goal is to conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
