What You'll Be Doing:

Due to huge investment and continued growth, we're expanding our EMEA professional services team. We hire based on skills and experience and are open to consider candidates at various levels.

Our professional services delivery team are the post-sales implementers of solutions, and are highly customer-facing.

Architects enable our customers success through technical strategy and implementation, from start to finish. You'll be an advisor and implementer of products, a technical strategist focussed on guiding customers through their data transformation being the steward of best practices. You will possess considerable skills and abilities as a consultant/architect with demonstrated proficiencies in these key areas with a strong track record of providing end-to-end system architecture solutions and customer engagement management. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise, partnering with our customers on design, developing implementation strategies and architectural solutions to drive adoption and promote the use of best practices.

Requirements:

• Experienced. Relevant experience in Consulting and customer facing roles.
• Highly Technical. You have strong technical skills in server architecture, databases, warehouses, BI, analytics and visualisation platforms, and ideally cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud). It'd be a bonus if you have any knowledge of coding, networking, and infrastructure. Any previous exposure, either Desktop or Server would be an added advantage.
