Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years in business analysis or a combination of technical and BA roles, with at least 5 years as a technical

• Technical foundation either through prior software development, API design, systems integration, or

solution architecture experience that enables credible engagement with development and architecture

teams on technical specification and design questions.

• Demonstrable experience writing API specifications using OpenAPI / Swagger or equivalent, with a clear

understanding of REST API design principles, HTTP methods, authentication patterns, and error handling.

• Proven experience documenting integrations with core banking systems Finacle, Nucleus, FLEXCUBE,

TSYS, or similar including data mapping, event flow documentation, and transformation logic between

digital and core banking layers.

• Strong experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria at a level of precision that eliminates

developer ambiguity including edge cases, error states, data validations, and business rule logic.

• Experience supporting QA teams including test scenario design, test data specification, defect triage, and

UAT facilitation in regulated banking environments.

• Solid understanding of mobile application delivery how native iOS and Android apps consume APIs,

session management, push notification flows, biometric authentication, and offline-first patterns sufficient to

write accurate mobile feature specifications.

• Familiarity with agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence) and requirements management practices in sprint-based

delivery environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. CBAP, BCS BA

certification, or equivalent preferred.
