Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct technical compliance assessments of land-based gaming systems, including electronic gaming machines (EGMs), table game systems, progressive jackpot systems, surveillance systems, and casino management systems.
Review technical documentation related to gaming equipment, system configurations, software versions, firmware updates, and platform integrations prior to approval or deployment.
Support inspections of licensed casino operators to verify adherence to technological compliance obligations and approved configurations.
Assess hardware and software configurations of gaming devices to ensure alignment with approved technical standards and certification requirements.
Support the review of laboratory testing reports, certification documentation, and validation evidence provided by approved testing laboratories.
Evaluate system changes, software updates, and infrastructure modifications to ensure controlled and approved changes to regulated gaming environments.
Assist in verifying system logging, access controls, and security mechanisms applicable to land-based gaming systems.
Prepare structured technical compliance reports documenting findings, observations, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
Engage with casino operators, system vendors, and testing laboratories to clarify technical requirements and support remediation activities.
Maintain accurate records, equipment registries, configuration approvals, and compliance documentation related to land-based casino technologies.
Stay informed about emerging land-based gaming technologies, equipment standards, and evolving regulatory and technical requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in gaming technology, systems engineering, technical compliance, or regulated technology environments.
Exposure to land-based gaming systems such as EGMs, casino management systems, jackpot systems, or surveillance integrations is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of gaming device architecture, firmware/software controls, and system integrations within casino environments.
Familiarity with gaming technical standards, certification processes, and equipment testing requirements.
Ability to review technical documentation and identify configuration or compliance gaps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and documentation quality.
High attention to detail and ability to operate within defined regulatory assessment frameworks.
