Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-driven designer who can translate ideas into precise, production-ready designs. This role sits between creativity and execution — turning concepts into clear technical outputs that factories can build from.
Key Responsibilites
• Translate creative direction into technical sketches and spec sheets
• Develop accurate measurements, proportions, and construction details
• Prepare factory-ready tech packs (materials, stitching, components, finishes)
• Collaborate on refining designs — shapes, proportions, materials
• Suggest improvements and alternative design solutions
• Ensure designs are aligned with production feasibility and quality standards
• Work across categories (footwear, leather goods, accessories)
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years experience in footwear or accessories design
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (technical drawing is a must)
Experience creating tech packs for factories
Good understanding of materials (leather, rubber, textiles, etc.)
Strong eye for proportion, shape, and detail
Ability to balance creativity with practicality
Nice to Have:
Experience working with international factories
Knowledge of luxury or premium product standards
