Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:
  • Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of real estate projects, from design to delivery.
  • Ensure that projects comply with technical, regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Manage the technical teams and external service providers.
  • Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules.
  • Represent the company to partners and authorities.
I. Design and development:
  • Participate in defining the programs and concepts of the projects.
  • Validate the technical feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate the design teams (architects, engineering firms, etc.).
  • Ensure the conformity of the plans and technical documents.
II. Implementation of the work:
  • Select and negotiate with construction companies.
  • Supervise and control the execution of the work.
  • To manage the technical and financial aspects of the construction projects.
  • Ensure that deadlines and budgets are respected.
  • Ensuring the safety of construction sites.
III. Management of teams and service providers:
  • To supervise and motivate the technical teams.
  • Manage the contracts of service providers.
  • Coordinate the interventions of the different trades.
IV. Financial and administrative management:
  • Establish and monitor project budgets.
  • Manage building permit applications and administrative authorizations.
  • Prepare project progress reports.
V. As and according to:
  • Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Manage potential disputes and claims.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in building or civil engineering.
  • Experience: Significant experience (at least 5 years) in real estate project management, ideally in real estate development.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of construction techniques, standards and regulations in force.
  • Managerial skills: Ability to supervise and motivate teams, manage conflicts and make decisions.
  • Financial skills: Proficiency in budget management tools and cost tracking.
  • Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work in a team.
