Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of real estate projects, from design to delivery.
Ensure that projects comply with technical, regulatory and environmental standards.
Manage the technical teams and external service providers.
Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education: Engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in building or civil engineering.
Experience: Significant experience (at least 5 years) in real estate project management, ideally in real estate development.
Technical skills: Mastery of construction techniques, standards and regulations in force.
Managerial skills: Ability to supervise and motivate teams, manage conflicts and make decisions.
Financial skills: Proficiency in budget management tools and cost tracking.
Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work in a team.
