Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To guarantee the reliability, safety and performance of the hotel's technical installations, while ensuring regulatory compliance, cost optimization and adherence to the group's quality and sustainable development standards.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, kitchens, swimming pools, elevators, fire safety.
- Ensure the availability and performance of the facilities.
- Monitor maintenance contracts and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and local regulations.
- Supervise mandatory regulatory controls.
- To manage prevention plans and risk management.
- Optimize energy and water consumption.
- Implement energy efficiency measures.
- Participate in environmental initiatives and sustainable certifications.
- Plan and monitor renovation and improvement work.
- Supervise technical projects while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- To supervise, train and develop the technical team.
- Organize schedules and ensure continuity of service.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Collaborating with operational departments to ensure customer comfort.
- Respond quickly in case of a technical emergency.
- To guarantee an environment that meets luxury standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technical management.
- My mastery of multi-site technical systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Budget management and contract monitoring.
- Leadership and team management.
- Sense of service and customer focus.
- Ability to anticipate and manage emergencies.
Proven experience in hotels or establishments open to the public (ERP) is highly desirable.
