Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Including but not limited to the following content:

  • Oversee all technical aspects of hotel construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry best practices, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring effective collaboration to meet project deadlines.

  • Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and addressing any technical deficiencies or deviations from the approved plans, and proactively mitigating risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical or Construction Management., Construction Management, or a related field;

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in hotel construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices specific to hotel construction.

  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality construction, with a strong understanding of high-end finishes and hotel infrastructure.
