Review of Advance IFC / Design drawings from the consultant based on constructability, Value engineering, and specialist subcontractor coordination aspects.

Preparation and presentation of Site logistics, general methods of construction,n including specific construction techniques for unique building features.

Monitor the issuance of IFC by the consultants as per project requirements /timeline and follow up with the client and consultant as required to meet construction schedules.

Monitor the issuance of the required subcontractor packages by the technical team as per the agreed timeline. Ensure adherence to SLA for response to technical queries and reviews of technical proposals from the quotations for technical compliance before sub-contract awards.

Ensure that subcontractor submission master schedules are established, regularly updated by the technical team members, and that overall adherence to these schedules is maintained.

Peer review of IFC documents and specialist subcontractor submissions after the technical coordinators' review,w as and when required, and setting guidelines to improve the related quality.

Monitor critical item management by ensuring all technical team members update the related schedules according to the SLA and arrange the necessary follow-up with the client and consultant as required to meet construction schedules.

Make sure all business units to ensure adherence to the Technical Department MSC / System procedures, as per the checklist, and submit the reports.

Conduct periodic technical progress meetings with PM & Technical coordinators and ensure the steps of DWM are performed to improve the DWM Health of the Technical Department.

Identify scope for improvement and implement changes as requiredin processess/systems.

Application of new technologies and innovation on a progressive basis.
