Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage a team of 8 12 Lead and Senior Implementation Consultants, owning hiring, performance management, career development, and retention
  • Drive optimal resource allocation and utilization across concurrent implementation programs, balancing delivery demand with team capacity
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and build individual development plans aligned to career growth

Technical Oversight & Delivery Excellence

  • Provide senior technical oversight across all active implementation projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with agreed standards and customer requirements
  • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical issues across the team, driving timely and well-reasoned resolution
  • Establish and govern delivery standards, integration patterns, and reusable practice assets SOW templates, estimating models, integration playbooks, and discovery frameworks

Training, Enablement & Knowledge Management

  • Own team training and upskilling on Pagero e-invoicing platform capabilities, implementation methodology, and country-specific compliance mandates
  • Maintain close alignment with Product and Segments teams to track new features, regulatory changes, and new country rollouts and ensure the team is current and prepared
  • Build and sustain a culture of knowledge sharing through structured enablement programs, retrospectives, and internal documentation

Business Development Support

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting on strategic pursuits supporting pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, effort estimation, and deal governance
  • Own accountability for timely, high-quality SOW preparation across the team, ensuring scope accuracy, commercial alignment, and delivery feasibility
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and commercial proposal inputs, drawing on delivery experience to validate assumptions and protect margin

Partnership & Alliance Enablement

  • Work with the Partnerships and Alliances team to assess the technical delivery capabilities of implementation partners
  • Define technical standards and certification requirements for partners co-delivering projects, and support onboarding and readiness programs
  • Ensure partner-led delivery meets the same quality bar as internal delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software implementation and systems integration in a B2B environment, with SAP or Oracle strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in people management roles leading technical delivery teams of 5+ consultants in customer-facing environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-country, multi-ERP implementation programs from discovery through go-live
  • Strong working knowledge of O2C and P2P processes, ERP integration patterns (API, SFTP, HTTPS), and enterprise data formats (XML, JSON, EDI, CSV)
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial scoping, SOW authorship, and pre-sales solutioning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills credible with both executive and technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in e-invoicing, tax compliance, or regulatory reporting programs
  • Deep ERP consulting background SAP (FI/SD/MM) or Oracle (Financials/SCM)
  • Experience establishing delivery methodology, quality frameworks, or practice standards within a growing consultancy
  • Familiarity with international e-invoicing mandates and multi-country compliance landscapes
  • Experience evaluating and enabling third-party implementation partners

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technical delivery teams while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth
  • Equally credible coaching a consultant through a complex integration design and presenting a delivery strategy to a C-suite stakeholder
  • Have shaped repeatable delivery tools estimating models, playbooks, certification frameworks that improved team efficiency and partner readiness at scale
