Job Title: Technical Manager – Finishing Fit-Out (Mega Projects)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

The Technical Manager will lead and control all technical aspects of large-scale finishing fit-out works on mega projects, ensuring design compliance, constructability, quality standards, and timely technical approvals. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all technical and engineering activities related to finishing fit-out works for mega projects (hotels, high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, commercial complexes).

• Review, manage, and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to obtain approvals and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi codes, international standards, and contract requirements.

• Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, Site Engineers, BIM teams, and QA/QC teams.

• Manage design coordination across architectural, civil, MEP, and specialist fit-out packages.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, clashes, and constructability challenges at early stages.

• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or performance.

• Lead technical meetings, design workshops, and coordination sessions.

• Ensure smooth transition from design to construction and close-out stages.

• Assist in technical inputs for claims, variations, and change orders when required.
