Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Produce and review architectural shop drawings with expert-level accuracy.

Prepare BOQ, BOM, and comprehensive quantity take-offs.

Develop and submit material submittals for consultant approval.

Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts across Architecture, Civil, and MEP disciplines.

Ensure approved drawings are properly distributed and implemented on site.

Handle as-built drawings for handover.

Review tender documents, interpret codes, by-laws, and site conditions.

Monitor subcontractor progress, issue RFIs, and review invoices based on executed work.

Coordinate documentation workflows and support document control.

Deliver fully coordinated technical packages aligned with project timelines.



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from preferred institutions:

AUC, GUC, MSA, MUST, AAST, Cairo University, Faculty of Fine Arts – Helwan University.

Proven experience in technical office operations (mid to senior level).

Expert-level AutoCAD user.

Strong background in architectural shop drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.

Hands-on experience with QS, BOM/BOQ preparation, RFIs, tender review, and subcontractor follow-up.

Solid knowledge of codes, industry regulations, and construction workflows.

Fast, structured, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to juggle multiple tracks without compromising quality.
