Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical office team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all deliverables.
Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications, contracts and standards.
Manage the full cycle of technical submissions (shop drawings, materials, RFIs) until approval.
Coordinate with site teams to support execution and resolve technical issues promptly.
Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, or missing details before execution.
Handle RFIs, technical queries, and ensure proper tracking and closure.
Monitor and control document flow, submissions log, and approval status.
Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and version control.
Liaise with consultants and clients for all technical approvals and clarifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.
8-10+ years of experience in technical office.
Previous leadership experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submissions, and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (preferred).
