Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical office operations related to cabinet and furniture production.
- Develop and manage production drawings and documentation using IMOS software.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment.
- Review and approve technical drawings and material specifications.
- Optimize production workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical support and solutions to manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for ongoing and completed projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in IMOS software for cabinet/furniture design and production.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in furniture production.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a technical team.

Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical office role within a cabinet or furniture manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC machinery integration and production optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
