Company Description

Stralen Aero Company is establishing a new advanced manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking exceptional team to lead operations, compliance, production, and growth during the factory setup and operational phases.

Role Description

The Technical Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day technical production operations and ensure efficient production workflow processes. Responsibilities include managing and supervising operational teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving technical and process-related issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam. The individual will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing operational strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily shop-floor activities

  • Track production KPIs and reporting

  • Ensure SOP and safety compliance

  • Coordinate between production, QC, and stores

Requirements

  • Hands-on manufacturing experience

  • Strong coordination and reporting skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in Technical Operations and Machine Operations Management

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in leading manufacturing teams

  • Knowledge & expertise of machine operations at the factory

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure

  • Relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
