We are looking for a Data and AI Specialist for RPA to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the integration of advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques into our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, driving efficiency and innovation for our clients. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, data, development, external partners), you will ensure the coordination, monitoring, and successful execution of high-impact projects.

- Design and implement AI-powered RPA solutions that optimize business processes;
- Create and maintain robust data pipelines for RPA projects while ensuring their quality and integrity;
- Integrate AI models into RPA processes to develop intelligent automation;
- Identify automation opportunities with various teams and transform business needs into technical solutions
; - Conduct regular performance analyses of implemented solutions and propose improvements;
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, machine learning and RPA to drive innovation within the organization

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field
- Extensive experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Proficiency in programming languages ​​such as Python (Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) and Java
- Strong experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, Transformers, ollama, and VLLM.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Relevant certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate, or equivalent
