Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Meet established sales budget goals, including revenue, profit, and expense targets
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management
  • Provide weekly updates of individual sales forecasts to the Sales Director
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to ensure that our products and solutions align with the client s requirements and environment
  • Work closely with the technical team to align product specifications, provide feedback from the field, and ensure customer needs are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Audio-Visual industry with 5+ years of experience in technical sales management
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Exceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platform Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluency in English
