Position SummaryThe Outsourced Technical Specialist Companion Animal is responsible for providing technical support to customers and conducting training sessions. This role involves developing proper strategies, building strong customer relationships, and offering expert advice on product usage. Additionally, the technical specialist will organize educational programs to enhance customer and team knowledge. Ideal candidates will have a background in animal health, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of companion animals. This position combines training abilities with technical knowledge to make a positive impact in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & TrainingProvide technical expertise on products (e.g., vaccines, pharmaceutical, diagnostics) to distributors and end users.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and application.Demand GenerationCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute technical campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.Identify market needs and translate them into technical value propositions.Participate in events and seminars to promote the brand and products.Distributor EnablementEquip distributors with technical selling tools, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.Conduct joint customer visits to provide credibility and close sales.Monitor and support distributor performance from a technical perspective.End-User EngagementProvide on-site support to veterinarians, clinics to troubleshoot issues and optimize product use.Develop customized protocols or solutions based on specific clinic needs.
