Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and technical support requests via site visits, phone, and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to: Barcode Printers (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.), Barcode Scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic), ID Card Printers (Zebra, HID), Handheld Mobile Terminals (Zebra, Datalogic), POS Machines and POS Printers (Epson and other brands).
  • Provide effective solutions to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct installation, configuration, and end-user training for barcode printers, scanners, handheld terminals, POS systems, peripherals, and associated software.
  • Support customers in adopting enterprise mobility and digital transformation solutions, including Auto-ID, RFID, PDT, and IoT technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and Android platforms.

  • Working knowledge of Android and Windows-based kiosks.

  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions and digital transformation tools.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Valid UAE driving license with own car is mandatory.
