Job Description:

Looking for a Tech Support Engineer with 3-6 years UAE experience .

Native Arabic Speaker

UAE Driving license is a must.

·Providing technical support is a fundamental aspect . This includes diagnosing both hardware and software problems, identifying issues quickly, and implementing effective solutions. Proactive approach to make sure minimal disruption to the organisation's operations, allowing for continuous productivity and smooth technological integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

IT background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers · Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector . Good knowledge of networking fundamentals . Good knowledge of server hardware . Experience in Microsoft Windows server OS, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP . Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects · Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. . Should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills.

PS: Native Arabic speaking is a must.
