Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and partners who use Microsoft products and services.

  • Diagnose and solve complex issues, escalate critical cases, and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn from senior mentors and experts in the field of cloud computing and data analytics.

Learning Opportunities
