Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver technical training programs in instrumentation for students and professionals

  • Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards
  • Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainee performance
  • Ensure training quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to meet training objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years as a trainer or within technical training institutes

  • Background in Oil & Gas or EPC industries (GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in competency-based assessment is desirable
  • A1/V1 or D32/D33 vocational assessment qualifications preferred
